The Croatian Kitchen was opened in September 2016 by Croatian Chef Sasa Medved. It was a kind of a new kind of restaurant for Kaohsiung ( food is 100% authentic, not adjusted to Taiwanese taste in any way) – one where the food could challenge and inspire you, but in a relaxed atmosphere where you could find list of food not offered anywhere else.
Since opening, Sasa and Pei Wen have continued to steer the Croatian Kitchen to a place where it has become known as one of the most authentic restaurants in the city. It has been lauded by restaurant reviewers from around the world.
